The fourth Advisory Group meeting took place in mid-November and members of all three AGs came together for a large in-person meeting at the Clements Community Center. Advisory Group members participated in activities discussing land use category descriptions and the future land use map. A full summary of the meeting can be found here.

The third round of Advisory Group meetings took place at the end of August. During these meetings updated drafts for the Vision Statement, Guiding Principles, and Goals were shared with Advisory Group members. Draft strategies were introduced and Advisory Group members provided feedback which staff have been using to refine the drafts.

Our second round of Advisory Group meetings took place at the end of June.
At these meetings, Advisory Group members discussed feedback on early drafts of the vision statement, guiding principles and goals. The summary of these meetings is posted here on the project website!
Since the second set of meetings, we have been refining and building onto these drafts in preparation for the third meetings at the end of August. Over the next few months, we will be continuing to refine these working drafts and will share them to the broad community for feedback during the upcoming engagement events in October.

The first round of Advisory Group meetings took place at the end of May. These meetings were a great start to this next phase of the plan and were meant to gather feedback on current goals from the 2015 Comprehensive Plan and identify "legacy goals" that are still relevant to include in this Comp Plan update.

The three Advisory Groups comprised of appointed community members and Planning Commissioners start meeting in May! All meetings are from 5:30pm - 8:30pm and are located at the City of Lakewood municipal building located at 480 S Allison Parkway Lakewood, CO 80223.
