- Glennon Heights Pool and Bathhouse: renovations provided updated bathrooms and changing areas in the bathhouse, improvements to the outdoor pool and a redone baby pool. (OS)
- Ray Ross Shelter: replacement of existing shelter with modern version. (CDBG)
- Cottage Park Development: creation of new park with picnic shelter, open space for play, a 20-feature playground, public art and a unique sandstone labyrinth to walk through. (OS)
- Addenbrooke Park Playground, Shelter, Fitness Court: installation of new amenities and renovations including new trees planted for Arbor Day, which is part of the 100 trees planted each year in public places. (OS and NPP [Shelter])
- Addenbrooke Pond Edge Repair and Irrigation Replacement: rehabilitation of the pond edge and irrigation upgrades. (OS and CTF)
- Addenbrooke 50th Anniversary Art, “Echoes and Reflections”: installation of large-scale artwork that incorporates mirrored stainless-steel sculptures by Lakewood-raised Collin Parson to mimic the structure of former Addenbrooke home. (GF, Public Art Fund, OS)
- Mountair Park Lighting: installation of park lighting to improve visibility throughout the park and along the 40 West ArtLine. (OS)
- Labyrinth at Chester-Portsmouth Park: installation of meandering labyrinth for walking meditation and stress reduction. (NPP)
- Idlewild Park Playground: new transportation-themed playground selected by the community. (NPP and CDBG)
- Caretaker’s Cottage at Heritage Lakewood: renovation of historic building including creating the Research Room for free genealogical and other research. (State Historic Fund grant and OS)
- Tennis Court at Lakewood Estates and Foothills parks: resurface and restriped tennis courts. (OS)
- Fitness Court at Green Mountain Recreation Center: installation of free, accessible outdoor fitness equipment. (Grant [Colorado Parks & Recreation Association], OS)
- Quail Street Park: creation of new neighborhood park, with picnic tables, benches, open space and a sail-themed playground chosen by residents. (OS)
- Westland Park Playground: installation of new playground with modern play equipment chosen by residents. (OS and NPP)
- Morse Park Playground: installation of new castle-themed playground chosen by residents. (CDBG)
- Morse Park Maintenance Shop: replacement of old maintenance facility that serves park staff working in northern section of the city and addition of more equipment storage. (OS)
- Bear Creek Lake Park and William F. Hayden on Green Mountain Park Trail Improvements: realignment of trails, restoration of erosion and repair of concrete. (OS)
- Lakewood Tennis Park Replacement: remodel that included court replacement and new, more efficient lighting. (OS)
- Fox Hollow Irrigation Replacement: system replacement to improve playing conditions, provide savings on electrical and water usage and increase the system longevity. (Golf Enterprise Fund)
- Sculpture Walk: creation of a community-built oasis with “EverTrees” sculpture and raised-rock flower and shrub beds. (NPP, Lakewood Reinvestment Authority, ED, with ongoing maintenance by West Colfax Community Association and Lakewood-West Colfax Business Improvement District.)
- Walker-Branch Site Plan for improvements including dog park: community-developed plan for improvements including a dog park completed, with construction planned for 2023. (OS, partnership with Edgewater)
