30 parks in 30 days

Mayor Strom has made it her goal to visit 30 Lakewood parks in the month of September, or one per day. She managed the first week successfully, visiting several parks including Aviation Park, Morse Park, James J. Richey Park and Jewell Park!

It's a great time of year to get out and enjoy the sunshine, particularly as the weather cools off toward the end of the month. Keep submitting your photos and visiting all the great parks Lakewood has to offer - Mayor Strom is looking forward to presenting the lucky winner of the challenge's grand prize, dinner for two at Casa Bonita!
