Hello and thank you for your question. Staff is placing the order for trees on May 8 based on the orders received as well as a few extras in each species. It is best to order your tree before this date to guarantee you receive your first choice species. So far we have received 38 tree orders. Our goal was to get 100 tree orders which is why we said we had 90 trees in the answer below. We have adjusted that goal due to the orders we've had so far. We do not anticipate issuing refunds.

Hello, we currently have 90 trees still available so we don't foresee this being an issue. Ordering is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we suggest ordering as soon as possible to secure your first-choice tree.
